Package Receipt
We invite you to check the condition of your package upon receipt. In case of a damaged package, make reservations with the carrier and inform us within 7 days at support@mylissea.fr, with photographic evidence.
Delivery Address
Please verify the accuracy of your address when placing your order. A package returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed may be subject to re-shipment at your expense, or a refund minus the shipping costs incurred.
